Clam cleaning was done in record time this morning so we followed it with an impromptu lunch. Today was checkout for most of us, so we dispersed to ready our coaches and followed with lots of handshakes, hugs, waves and promises to meet again soon.
We got on the road around 1:30 pm and had a safe, uneventful trip back to the LaConner Thousand Trails. It was just getting dark when we arrived, but we found a nice site and settled in for the night.
